Healthy foods are foods that contain both proteins.Examples of vegetable protein sources:Sweet potatoes (potatoes, sweet potatoes, cassava)Nuts and legumes nation (peanuts, beans, soy, etc.) 

Examples of sources of animal protein:Meat (beef, mutton, chicken)MilkFreshwater fish and saltwater fish (tuna, anchovies, milk, etc.) 

Fat 

Other healthy foods are foods that contain fat. Actually fiber did not contain specific nutrients that can nourish organs such as vitamins or minerals. But fiber is essential to help the body's digestion.
